A stainless steel grease trap that separates fats, oils and food solids before they reach the drain. Sized from 15 to 100 GPM, in sheet thicknesses from 1 to 2 mm.

Fats and oils cool and harden inside pipes, causing blockages, bad smells and fines. A grease trap slows the waste water down so grease floats to the top and solids settle, and only clean water flows on to the sewer.
How to choose a size
Pick the flow rate (GPM) that matches the sinks and dishwashers connected to it. A small cafe usually needs 15 to 25 GPM; a busy restaurant 35 to 50 GPM; a hotel or central kitchen 50 GPM or more. Not sure? Send us your list of sinks and machines and we will size it for you.

- Bolted, gasketed lid for odour control.

- Under-sink or in-floor installation.
Maintenance
Empty the basket daily and remove the collected grease every one to two weeks, depending on use. Watch the video in the gallery to see how a grease interceptor works.

Every unit is drawn in CAD, cut and folded from full sheets, TIG welded and polished in our own factory in Industrial Area 2, 6th of October City. Before it leaves, it is checked against the approved drawing. We deliver and install across Egypt, and repair or replace any manufacturing defect free of charge.
