Refunds & Satisfaction Policy

At Hand Space, we take pride in our engineering. Since our products are mostly custom-fabricated to specific technical requirements, our policy ensures fairness and quality:

1. Manufacturing Defects

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved CAD drawings, Hand Space is committed to repairing or replacing the unit at no additional cost to the client.

2. Custom Orders

As per industry standards for custom fabrication, orders that have entered the production phase according to client-approved specifications cannot be cancelled or refunded once manufacturing has begun.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery

• Clients are requested to inspect all products upon delivery or installation.
• Any discrepancies must be reported to our technical team within 48 hours.

4. After-Sales Support

We provide maintenance guidance and troubleshooting for all our tanks and kitchen equipment to ensure long-term performance.
