Vertical and Horizontal Stainless Steel Tanks

We build stainless steel tanks for drinking water, edible oils, dairy, juices, chemicals and waste water. Every tank starts with a CAD drawing you approve, and every seam is TIG welded and leak tested before delivery.

What we can build

• Vertical tanks with conical or dished bottoms, on legs or skirts.
• Horizontal tanks on saddles or stacked frames for low ceilings.
• Mixing tanks with agitators, heating or cooling jackets and insulation.
• Manways, level gauges, valves, sight glasses and CIP connections.

Choosing the grade

AISI 304 suits water, dairy and most foods. AISI 316 contains molybdenum and is the right choice for salty, acidic or chemical contents. Wall thickness is calculated from the volume and whether the tank works under pressure.

Every unit is drawn in CAD, cut and folded from full sheets, TIG welded and polished in our own factory in Industrial Area 2, 6th of October City. Before it leaves, it is checked against the approved drawing. We deliver and install across Egypt, and repair or replace any manufacturing defect free of charge.
