Refunds and Satisfaction Policy

Our refund policy and warranty: we stand behind every weld, and because most products are made to your specification, this policy keeps things fair for both sides.

Our quality commitment

  • Material integrity: we use AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel grades for high corrosion resistance.
  • Engineering precision: products are modelled in 3D and quality checked before they leave our factory in 6th of October City.
  • Compliance: our processes follow international sanitation and safety standards.

1. Manufacturing defects

If a product has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved drawings, HandSpace will repair or replace it at no extra cost.

2. Standard products

Standard items from the shop that are unused and in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer pays the return transport; we refund the product price within 14 days of receiving it.

3. Custom orders

Orders made to client-approved specifications cannot be cancelled or refunded once manufacturing has started.

4. Inspection on delivery

Please inspect all products on delivery or installation. Report any damage or missing part to our technical team within 48 hours, with photos if possible.

5. After-sales support
